CS team follows the following steps to accomplish their targets:
 

1. Contracts: Firstly, Our CS team interacts with key employers in each city to figure out their needs for part time employees. After having identified this, our team explains the traineeship process to employers and obtains agreement for joint professional development. The significance of these agreements is that it explains terms of employment and stipend offered to employees. Stipend offered varies from 6,000 INR to 10,000 INR depending on the location of employer. Students going for sales and marketing profile are usually paid additional incentives for their target achievements.

2. Interviews: Once the contract is finalized, thereafter CS team organizes interviews during first level of the programmes offered to students. Not only this, we also provide freedom of choice to students as to make an informed decision regarding their traineeship. This freedom might subject to availability of positions depending on local availability and market conditions. The CS team keeps regular contact with employers to collect feedback from their side and conveys it to students to help them improving their performance level. 

3. Assistance: Once, the students are through with selection procedure, and then CS team assists our students in settling down and adjusting with corporate culture.
